Hi! I’m Connie Perry, Realtor in Lake City. I like to say my real estate career started when I was 11. My family was moving and being introduced to this process just clicked with me. I couldn’t wait to meet with the Realtor each time she had showings for us. And I totally absorbed myself in the search. I earned my license when I was 23, and have seen the industry change and for the better. Lake City is my adopted hometown. My husband was born and raised here, and I have jumped right in and learned about this great town and area. After being here 6 months, a new friend asked me what I liked most. It’s the people. It’s the southern hospitality, the way I grew up with. I’ve lived in South Florida and practiced Real Estate there since 1982, experiencing a wide array of properties and transactions.
