Brad is a native of the Lake City, Florida area and along with many other of the Dicks family, lives within a few miles of where his family first settled right after the Seminole Indian war. Married to his wife of 34 years, Susanna, they have three adult children together and one granddaughter.
Brad has been licensed and active in the Real Estate Industry for over 33 years. Starting sales at the age of 23, he has successfully closed over 2000 transactions. As with many children born into the Real Estate industry, Brad started helping his dad, the founder of Dicks Realty, by carrying stakes and flagging tape by the second grade.
By Jr High school, Brad spent his summers on a bulldozer or tractor helping to get the next development ready for sale. After obtaining a formal education in horticulture in 1993, Brad got his first sales position at Dicks Realty. It was the smallest office but the smell of diesel and the outdoor elements were in the past.. Fast forwarding through many years, many satisfied clients, and bigger offices, our 60-year-old local real estate company has earned its reputation for service and integrity over time. Brad is currently the Broker of United Country-Dicks Realty and is a Accredited Land Consultant who enjoys working with a hand picked, effective, team of Realtors.
