After graduating from high school in NW Georgia in 1979 Victor enlisted in the military and went to jump school at Ft. Benning, GA, then onto Special Forces training at Ft Bragg NC. He later deployed to East Africa, remaining a silent professional.
After 8 years of service, he went into home construction for several years then moved on to a professional sales career. He later earned his real estate license in 2005 and a brokers' license several years later. He hold a GRI and a CRS & MRP designation and specialize in listing and selling residential and rural homes and properties. He built a property management division within our office and now maintain an inventory of 50+ residential homes and duplexes. Currently, he serves on the board of directors of the Lake City Board of Realtors and past president of 2017. He also serves on the board of directors for The Habitat for Humanities as the family selection director for the Lake City/Columbia County area.
He have 3 amazing children and has enjoyed serving as head coach for the Lake City football team ages 11-13 for 9 years and the girls' middle school soccer coach. He is a Jiu Jitsu practitioner and a NPC natural physique competitor and has been training and teaching fitness and nutrition for over 35 years
